Thomas D. Collins uses nearly a quarter century of legal experience in his daily efforts to help families collect unpaid child support, alimony and spousal support, and medical and educational support.  Mr. Collins is so committed to helping families through these trying times that he opened The Law Office of Thomas D. Collins in Honolulu with the goal of fighting for children who are disadvantaged by parents who do not obey their legal and moral responsibilities of paying child support. In fact, the firm is one of only a few law firms in Hawaii that focus on collecting unpaid child support and alimony.

By concentrating his practice in these few areas, Mr. Collins can provide individualized representation and unparalleled service to each client.  He is dedicated to employing aggressive strategies that will lead to successful results in each case.  At the same time, Mr. Collins is committed to making his clients feel comfortable with his legal representation while he helps them during an emotionally and financially difficult time in their lives.
