• Withholding of federal and state income tax refunds in certain cases, even after the non-custodial spouse remarries
• Passport denial by the United States Secretary of State, if the amount owed exceeds $2,500
• Suspension of the delinquent parent's driver's or recreational license, if the amount owed equals or exceeds three months of payments, and suspension of professional or vocational license if the amount owed equals or exceeds six months of payments
